Budoiki Ryu Dojo
Community Involvement Section

Sensei Burt was pictured in the News Barometer on Friday December 11th with notation for his efforts and the efforts of the Budoiki Ryu Student's to make a positive affect on the Big Pine Key community.

Recently St. Peters Church on Big Pine was in need of assistance in their food bank to help families in need during the holiday season.

Sensei Burt began a food drive within our Ryu and coordinated efforts with Mrs. Leslie Hughes; the Director of Religious Education at St. Peters Church; to help both the Church and our community in this time of need.

Below is a portion of the newspaper article pictured on December 11th in the Barometer.
